Overview

At Abhrikaa, every saree is selected with care, and we want each customer to feel confident shopping with us. This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange an item, and how refunds are processed.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, along with our Terms & Conditions.

When You Can Return or Exchange

You are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if any of the following apply:

  • Wrong item received: you received a different saree, colour, or size than what you ordered
  • Damaged or defective: the saree arrived torn, stained, or with a manufacturing fault
  • Significant mismatch: the product is materially different from the description or images on our Website
  • Missing items: part of your order was not included in the delivery

What Is Not Eligible for Return

To keep things fair for all our customers, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The saree has been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or perfumed
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing or damaged
  • The return request is made more than 3 days after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (clearly marked as "Non-Returnable" at checkout)
  • Change of mind after delivery, unless the item still meets the conditions in Section 2

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 3 days
Email us at info@abhrikaa.com or message our Facebook Page with your order number.

Share photo or video evidence
Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue (wrong item, damage, defect, etc.) along with your order number.

Receive approval & return instructions
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is approved and guide you through sending the item back to us.

Get your refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send your exchange.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested item.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
  • One free exchange is offered per order for wrong item or defective product cases.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket payments: refunded to the same mobile number used for payment
  • Bank card payments: refunded to the original card via the payment gateway
  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bKash/Nagad/Rocket to a number you provide, or as store credit

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

📦 Delivery & Return Shipping Charges Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible via email or Facebook Messenger.
  • Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead after delivery.
