Products & Descriptions

We take great care in presenting our products accurately. However, please note:

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and monitor/screen settings. We are not responsible for minor colour differences.
  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

Placing an Order

When you place an order with Abhrikaa:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order — it is only an acknowledgement that we have received it.
  • A contract is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm acceptance by phone/message.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): payment is collected upon delivery by our courier partner
  • bKash: mobile financial service — send payment to our official bKash number only
  • Nagad: mobile financial service — send payment to our official Nagad number only
  • Rocket: mobile financial service — send payment to our official Rocket number only
  • Bank Card / Online Transfer: processed through secure payment gateways
⚠️ Payment Security Warning Abhrikaa will NEVER ask for your mobile banking PIN, OTP, or password. Always send payments only to our official account numbers. Beware of fraud.

Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver across all of Bangladesh via our courier partners (e.g., Pathao, Paperfly, Steadfast, or similar).
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days for Dhaka and 5–7 business days for outside Dhaka. These are estimates and not guarantees.
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and vary by location. Charges are subject to change.
  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you if available.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue, here is our policy:

You may return or exchange a product if:

  • You received a wrong item (different product or size from what you ordered)
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is significantly different from the description shown on our website

Conditions for return / exchange:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue when contacting us
  • Returns for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind) are accepted at our sole discretion

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or COD refund by hand)
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
📞 How to Request a Return Contact us by email at [your-email@abhrikaa.com] or via Facebook Messenger within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos/video of the issue.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately via email or Facebook Messenger.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with Section 8.
  • If you refuse to accept a COD delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from your account.
  • Abhrikaa reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. A full refund will be issued if prepayment was made.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media pages — including but not limited to logos, product photographs, text, designs, graphics, and videos — is the exclusive property of Abhrikaa and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
  • You may not use our brand name "Abhrikaa" or logo in any way that may cause confusion or imply endorsement without our written consent.
  • Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

User Conduct

When using our website or communicating with us, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in orders or communications
  • Place fake or prank orders that are not intended to be fulfilled

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders from users who violate these rules.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from courier delays, delivery failures due to incorrect address, or force majeure events.

We do not endorse or control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 and the Digital Security Act 2018.

  • In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution.
  • Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
